Bad Moon Cafe would like to thanks everyone who made it down on friday evening for Ben's memorial event. To see so many people spend their evening talking with other friends of Ben, our colleagues and Ben's family was heart-warming.

People loved to see Ben's incredible hobby collection - he truly was the most impressive hobbyist! And his collection of lore books was unrivalled.

We have received an incredibly lovely message from Ben's parents saying how thankful they were for everyone coming down and how overwhelmed at the love and respect shown for their son. So we'd like to thank our community and Ben's friends for doing that.

Ben will have a permanent memorial on the walls of Bad Moon Cafe Borough which you'll see soon. His armies will be played by our community who generously donated to British Heart Foundation, on the tables that Ben played so often!

We have painting events, tournament training, narrative campaigns around the Death Mire global campaign as well as an 11th Edition Rules Briefing series of events to bring players up to speed on the new rules!

This friday evening from 17.00, Bad Moon Cafe will be open for the Bad Moon community and friends of our late manager Ben to come together and celebrate Ben's life and hobby. As part of memorialising Ben, we'll be selling his hobby collection to raise money for British Heart Foundation. Those of you who knew Ben well will know he was NOT a casual hobbyist! Blanche prints, multiple Blood Bowl editions, very old Black Library books, fully beautifully painted armies - he really was one of the best and most knowledgable hobbyists you'd know. Have a scour of these images to see but a small selection of what he had collected over his hobbying life! We'll also have a limited print run shirt with custom art created by Carlos Castilho memorialising Ben.

So if you have some free time this friday evening, come down to Bad Moon Cafe Borough, celebrate Ben with the community and help raise money for an excellent cause!
