Koussa Syami, new to our menu for the summer season.

Celebrating one of Palestine’s most treasured ingredients, round seasonal courgettes are filled with Palestinian freekeh - a young green wheat that is charred to give it its distinctive smoky flavour -, tomatoes, onions, mint, parsley and spring onions.
