We were proud to host Lee K*m Kee's "Taste Me If You Can" 2:1 Masterclass, bringing together 45 home chefs and creators for an immersive journey into the world of soy sauce.

Our Executive Chef .paulwong curated an exclusive tasting menu, showcasing how the depth and versatility of Lee K*m Kee's soy sauces can elevate every dish. 🍽️ From soy-inspired cocktails to the 2:1 stir-fry formula, every course celebrated flavour, creativity and craftsmanship.

A heartfelt thank you to , Chef Andrew Wong , and everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening.

Where dim sum meets the art of tea! 🫖

Brighten your afternoon at Canary House, where the elevated flavours of a modern Chinese restaurant meet the heart of London’s financial district. Served in a signature golden birdcage, our Canary Gold Afternoon Tea features a curated selection of handcrafted savouries and refined desserts inspired by Hong Kong’s dim sum culture and tea-house traditions.

Begin with Rose Har Gow and a carrot-shaped Ham Sui Gok, followed by Mini Barbecue Pork Pineapple Buns and Golden Long Spring Rolls. Then move on to the sweet selection, featuring crispy sesame balls, a mini Hong Kong-style Egg Tart and Jasmine Tea Crème Brûlée. Warm sultana scones served with clotted cream and jam complete the experience.

Now Available on Fridays, weekends and public holidays from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, priced at £38 per person.
