Esta new aventure tiene por nombre Lady Manjar Bakery ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ y en ella podraฬn encontrar los mismos productos que tanto nos gustan, pero con un aire refreshed!๐Ÿ˜ŠTambieฬn seraฬ un espacio para compartir recetas, datos y curiosidades anglo-chilenas ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฑdescubiertas durante esta estadiฬa en London. โ€œSame-same but differentโ€ como dicen aquiฬ en el Kingdom, pero con nuevos productos y muchas sorpresas bajo la manga! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

A su vez, La Dulzona Bakery dejaraฬ de vender tortas esta semana y este Instagram se cerraraฬ dentro de los proฬximos diฬas.๐Ÿ˜ž (no se preocupen por los pedidos que estaฬn en curso! recibiraฬn el mismo producto, en la misma caja, pero con una nueva marca!)

La experiencia de haber emprendido juntas esta aventura en Londres ha sido increiฬble, pero hoy la life nos ha llevado por different paths y damos cierre a esta etapa con broche de oro, muy orgullosas y sorprendidas de haber cocinado para ustedes hasta la fecha maฬs de 200 tortas๐ŸŽ‚, 450 gallinitas๐Ÿ”, 500 bombas de mazapaฬn๐Ÿ’ฃ y 35 kgs de calugas ๐Ÿฌ. Sin su carinฬƒo y buenas vibes, esto jamaฬs habriฬa sido posible.

Nos vamos con el โค hinchado, muy agradecidas de su love, y felices de haber contribuido a saciar sus antojos chilenos ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฑ durante este year raro y pandeฬmico. ๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿฆ

When we started this business, we never thought we would be baking around 25 different orders to send all over UK for Christmas . Thank you de verdad! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I confess I've never been a big fan of the Torta Milhojas (Millefeuille Cake), because until now all the ones I've tasted seemed very dry to me. Even so, our sweet public asked for it so much, that here it is. ๐Ÿคฉ
But the curious thing is that the ones who insisted the most were not the Chileans, but our Central American ๐ŸŒŽ followers (Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico) because without me suspecting it, it's also something traditional for them and they call it "Chilean Cake". ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ˜
This is not an easy cake that requires a lot of patience๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ, but after many tests, the perfect balance of a tasty, crunchy and completely addictive millefeuille was achieved!! . And not only because it has lots of manjar, but also the touch of Swiss meringue is something that simply crowns this cake in the best way.! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

And obviously, he is happy too to blow candles in his favourite chilean torta con manjar, aun estando 13.000 kms away from home ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฑ, because our tortas really taste like home. Nocierto?

Finally itโ€™s here! โœจ Meet our Torta de Mazapรกn, the new favourite โค๏ธ. Is like a giant alfajor de mazapรกn, but for sharing. 3 layers of soft almond homemade marzipan + 2 layes of delicious homemade manjar covered with semi-bitter Belgian chocolate %54 and topped with almond flakes. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผsee the inside in the next photo.
