We were proud to cater an exceptional evening organised by Atout France, celebrating the flavours and heritage of the Vendée region 🇫🇷

Our menu brought together a refined selection of canapés and regional dishes, designed to showcase authentic French produce with a modern touch:

• Croquettes de poisson
• Mini spinach galettes

• Sardines on préfou
• Cassoulet with Mogette de Vendée
• Niçoise salad with pickled sardine

From delicate bites to comforting regional classics, every dish told the story of the Vendée — its coastline, its countryside, and its rich culinary traditions.

Sour Plum Slow Cooked Duck Lugs and Seared Duck Breast pair with Cantonese Olives and Mustard Leaves Butter Bean and Roasted Oyster Mushrooms with House BBQ seasoning

Soy Bean Curd Roll stuffed with Porcini Mushrooms and Wood Ears Mushrooms in White Miso Soup

Shanghainese Terrine 😉

Have you tried a Terrine before? It is a traditional French dish which has long history in the British culinary scene. You get them in a pub or something said Mrs. Hickinbottom your kind neighbour.

According to Wiki, Terrine is a loaf of forcemeat or aspic, similar to a pâté, that is cooked in a covered pottery mold (also called a terrine) in a bain-marie.
Decent you Terrine! What a poised gentleman.

Who would have thought that Chinese people had something similar 🤔 🤔 🤔

Ham of Pork slow cooked and submerged in a collagen rich bone broth with mild spices. Paired with Julienned Ginger and fruity vinegarette. Served in a slightly cooler temperature. Muah!!!!

A simple Summer dish took at least a day to make🤭
Have it with a glass of bubbles, crisps wine, Sake🍶, GnT, Elderflower spritz or an English Garden. Wooohoooo!

We were requested by one of our beloved clients to make this nostalgic banger for his crew. And everyone was overwhelmed ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

Pineapple 🍍 Mango🥭 Green Apple 🍏 Cucumber 🥒 Bean Sprouts 🌱 Fried Tofu Pops 🍿 and YaoTiu Chinese fried dough
Mixed in with a Spicy S&S Tamarind Shrimp paste sauce 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
And to finish we cover the dish with aromatic fried peanuts 🔥🔥🔥

Imagine having it with some coconut rice and a MaiTai or Singapore Slings, LOVE 💞
