Catching up on posting after a short social break and realised I didn't post this absolute beauty!

The chicken had a short marination in Hangry Patels] Tandoori Mix and was cooked into the sauce to create the ultimate blend of flavours.

This works wonders with vegetarian alternatives, fish and other meats. I love using Paneer with this recipe!

PAV BHAJI YOU BEAUTY ❤️

So I am pretty bad at doing product shots but I promise to be better 😄 I had an order from one of my regular customers so I couldn't resist the opportunity.

Pav BHAJI is a beautiful "fast food" mainly consisting of vegetables (potatoes, Cauliflower, green beans etc) using tasty masalas to create a delightful dish. Served with soft toasted Pavs, red onion, butter ghee, coriander and chopped chilli (optional).

I could live off this, breakfast, lunch and dinner 😍

All of my spice mixes come with my very own recipe, bulk it up or tone it down or use it as a guide, its completely your choice!

Every single spice mix is packed full of but is still making them versatile to nearly all journeys.

Get creative with this recipe as much as you like, add some green chilli paste, chaat masala, lemon juice, the possibilities are endless.

Hangry Patels Tandoori Mix will bring such a beautiful flavour to any barbecue this summer and it can be as easy as you want it!

HEY YOU PRAWN! 🦐🦐🦐

I have an obsession with prawns, I could eat them every day if the world would allow but I'm also conscious of having my "fair share" when it comes to meat and fish.

Bateta Nu Shaak for dinner tonight ❤️

Such a simple recipe tonight but good homemade food!

Sunflower oil
Butter
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Hing/asafoetida
Cubed potatoes

Sorry for the silence, we had a last minute break to 🇹🇷 as a family and I have zero regrets about it.

Getting on that plane and just knowing you'll wake up to sun, pool and pure relaxation was seriously needed.

We massively overindulged on meat etc while we were away (no "ragrets") so I've got back to cooking some great homecooked vegetarian dishes!

We started with Vaghareli Khichdi with Masoor Dal when we got home and tonight's was Baingan Bharta / Ringan no oro

Absolutely delicious and as you all know, my favourite vegetable ever. I cheekily served this with airfried sweet potato fries instead of rice or Chapati.
