The “Pão delícia da Bahia” is one of our guests’a favorite and probably the most unique fusion between Brazilian and Japanese cuisine. This soft bun is very traditional in Bahia where chef comes from. Filled up with “carne seca” (brazilian cured beef), sunomono, wasabi and katsu it’s a dish that hits all the possible notes in one bite.
