Join us at Cigalon for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines of Domaine Kientzler, one of Alsace’s most respected family-run estates on Tuesday 23rd September.

Now in its fifth generation, the Kientzler family crafts wines of precision, freshness, and character from their old-vine holdings in Ribeauvillé. Expect elegant whites with remarkable depth and energy - perfect partners for our Alsacien menu from Julien Carlon.

To showcase them at their very best, Julien has created a one-night-only four-course menu beginning with the region’s iconic Flammekueche, followed by delicate fish and beurre blanc, rich poultry with Spaetzle and a bold cheese-and-spice finale. Each dish has been designed to highlight the beauty and individuality of these expressive wines.
