Eran Tibi brings the laid back vibe of The Eastern Med food to Soho. An all-day, all night offering with a debaucherous soundtrack and subterranean private dining. Kapara is what happens when you give a bunch of crazy Mediterraneans free reign over two floors in central Soho. An all day, all night and anything goes affair. ked away in James Court, Soho, Chef Eran Tibi has brought his love of food, and nightlife together in a paradise of sun-kissed eating and drinking. Second only to his first baby, Bala Baya, Kapara hosts a spectrum of Eastern Mediterranean flavours, freshly baked bread, signature Gazoz and a lot of debauchery. Curated by Eran, the philosophy of the menu matches the ethos of the restaurant, inclusive and indulgent. Including such signature dishes as ‘Abandoned at Sea, a nose-to-tail dish making fare from otherwise wasted ingredients from the ocean, consisting of white corn crispy cod chops, squid ink yolk pasta, coconut and harissa bisque. Or the Quince of Hearts, a celeriac fondant, ox heart tartare, olive caviar, spiced quince, cured quail egg with a turmeric and mustard aioli. Alongside our extensive and award winning wine list, sit our ‘House Gazoz’. Fermented on site, from traditional Mediterranean herbs and exotic fruit, we combine Arak and Vodka with the botanical and floral fermentations to create unique aromatic cocktails.
