L’Artigiano is in search for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a positive attitude and genuine passion for service and food.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be:

working with some of the finest, high quality and organic ingredients; changing and evolving seasonal menu
involved and contributing in a friendly team environment that is always looking to push forward
We provide:

competitive salary 28k-30k
well managed weekly rotas
28 days holiday
staff discount
possibility to grow within our company

What we expect:

a natural Team leader, skilled in managing and training staff
exceptional service standards and attention to detail
ability to work directly with the head chef and maintain high levels of restaurant service and standards and offering outstanding detail in service to our customers
respect and care of our brand new bespoke kitchen and an appreciation to work within such an environment
an understanding of food and nutrition and the source of ingredients
excellent organisation and communication skills

The L’Artigiano Restaurant dish presentation is a very important step when developing and creating a new seasonal menu.

The flavors and preparation of this dish were created based from the main ingredient - monkfish, and from there our executive chef selected elements and remarkable seasonal ingredients that flows according with the main element. To go with the monkfish our chef chose the lavender perfume, fresh sea herbs, cucumber water, lemon & crispy rice.
