Similar to Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day), Poland has its own ‘Tłusty Czwartek’ (Fat Thursday) — a day that once marked the end of Carnival and the beginning of Lent, and is now a festive occasion when people can enjoy a variety of delicious fried pastries.

On this Thursday (12.02), we will be waiting for our guests with some pączki (Polish doughnuts) and faworki/chruściki (angel wings). We invite you to join us and indulge in a little Thursday sweetness — purely in the spirit of tradition, of course.
