⛔️Temporarily Closed (Again!)⛔️
While this photo might look like a ray of sunshine, we’re afraid to say that we are having to close the tea room from tomorrow (Thursday 10th Sept) as we’ve had a water leak in the kitchen thanks for a faulty dishwasher.

For those of you that have been around for a while, you’ll know we had a similar thing happen 3 years ago - lucky us! Apparently we were cursed by some sort of water goblin in a previous life!

We don’t know exactly how long we will be closed, but it could take several weeks. We will keep you all updated and if you have a booking with us, we will be in touch.

🌼Summer Bank Holiday🌼
Just a reminder that we are open as normal today & tomorrow from 10am to 4pm. We will be closed on Monday as we usually are so we can enjoy time with some extra special guests who’ve just flown in from the US 🤠

Wow wow wow! That’s all we can say. Thank you to everyone that came on Saturday to the fair! To all the people that donated prizes for the raffle, to The Lockton & Levisham WI, to everyone that entered our Afternoon Tea competition, to the craft stall holders, our amazing volunteers and our wonderful staff - thank you!

Maybe we should do it again next Summer…🧐

🎨 In The Gallery 🎨
We’re rubbish at posting about our exhibitions in the gallery, but not anymore! We’re so pleased to have the work of Calum Calum | Landscape & Fine Art | Yorkshire with us this summer!

Calum is a contemporary Yorkshire Landscape Artist creating original oil paintings inspired by the atmosphere, light, and terrain of the Yorkshire countryside. We have a collection of originals, prints, paper landscapes and mini frames, with the exhibition running until Sunday 13th September.

☀️Lockton Summer Fair☀️
We will be hosting our first Summer Fair in Lockton on Saturday 22nd August! We’re raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support in support of a very good friend of ours who, after months of chemotherapy, is now cancer free! There will be a host of activities on the Green outside the tea room, as well as running a Craft Fair upstairs in the Loft.

Summer is here and we’re ready! Come and see us Wednesday to Sunday from 10am - 4pm and you’ll find a counter stocked full of homemade cakes and bakes, like this whopping great big Lemon, Mint & Elderflower cake!

🌸Lockton Afternoon Tea🌸
We’ve been doing these since day dot, but every time we take one out to a table we always get “ooooh I didn’t know you did afternoon tea!” 😂 So we thought after five years we’d better get some decent photos of our Afternoon Tea!

We offer a platter of finger sandwiches, a selection of our most popular homemade cakes, plain scones with jam and clotted cream, cheese scones with cheddar and chutney and a choice of tea or coffee. £30 per person and why not add a glass of fizz for £8. All we require is 24 hours notice and we can whip one up for you and your friends!

We’re here today, enjoying the sunshine and staying hydrated in the heat! We have a private party tomorrow afternoon and a week off for staff holidays and general maintenance next week.

Sat 27th June: Closed from 11:30am (private party)
Sun 28th June: Open as usual
Wed 1st July: Closed for the whole week
Wed 8th July: OPEN AGAIN for the rest of the Summer!
