In just one week we will hitting the road again with making our first appearance at Summer Feastival in Pembrey, just south of Kidwelly!
There’s a stacked line up of top tier street food and even a dog circus! Well worth a day trip down from Pembs if you want to celebrate the solstice in style!

Our first stop of the year is allways Forest Feastival with . It’s the perfect opportunity to take stock and integrate into the summer season ahead.
Along with a fantastic line up of food traders, circus artists, DJ’s, musicans and crew. We will be setting up for the next four consecutive weekend. Come on down and have a feast!!

HELLO SPRING!! 🌱🔥🍝
The sap is rising at PAM HQ and we are getting ready for our first event of the year with at Forest Feastival! We cant wait back in amoungst it, cooking, chatting & eating our way through the year. Who knows where it might take us? We’ve set some big intentions moving forward & hope to bring something new to the table very soon!

Naked* Rabit Ragu (pre garnish) from just gone.
I made this one for myself, but couldnt help snap it, looking so sexy in the September sun.
I went in with an extra glug of Marsala wine, mascarpone & white pepper. It was reminiscent of the best peppercorn sauce & chunky chips ive ever had.
This summer has been a riot, so thankyou again to those who made it possible 👌🏼

LAST ORDERS AT THE BAR 😢🍝
Today is our final service in of 2025! Our stay has been alot shorter that we would have liked, as we arrived just at the tail end of summer. Due to the nature of pop-ups like these, they are often difficult to secure in advance and don’t provide any long term security.
It’s been a blast catching up with our friends and family. It would be all to easy to transition into the festival circuit & private events without making any contribution into our local community. Hospitality is a service industry and if your not giving somthing back to place where you live then the meaning of it all quickly dissolves into nothing.
So here’s a big thankyou to all the wonderful customers who have come from near & far to eat with us this summer. We hope to see you soon!!
