Now that the dust has settled, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. Community events like this simply wouldn't happen without the incredible support of so many people.
Firstly, thank you to everyone who supports the church and helps keep our village thriving. We are always proud to play our part, and we'd like to thank our amazing Hunters Moon team, Lily, Jo , Alicia and Emilia, for all their hard work throughout the day. On behalf of myself and my family, thank you to everyone for your kind words and continued support. It really does mean a lot.
A huge thank you also goes to Clayton and Carly Bayliss, Ian Pugh, Richie and Tina Llewellyn, and David Llewellyn for organising, hosting, judging and sponsoring the fantastic tractor run.
Thank you to Adrian Pearce, Martin Davies, Chris Llewellyn-Holley, Rhys Llewellyn-Holley, Paddy Gilling, Paul Ball, Del Mosley, Roger Farr and Chris Fleming-Jones for helping erect the tents.
To all of the stall holders and volunteers, thank you for giving up your time, including Nicola and Martin Davies, Montserrat Thorp and Sophie Bain, Carolyn Farr and Linda Carroll, Paul Ball, Nick Blamey, George and Fiona Chandler, Hattie Morgan, Fred Morgan, Brenda Davies, Matt Davies and his Hereford College team, Rosie Redwood, Kelsey Welsh, Hades Ghouls Price, Gareth Williams, Grace Still, Jack Kerswill, Jana Skardova, Lisa Llewellyn-Holley, Jim Bateman, Caroline Pearce, Carly from Grosmont Church, Jennie Chandler-Stokes, Kelly Marie Griffiths, Paddy and Chloe Gillings, and everyone else who gave their time to make the day so special.
Thank you to all of the sponsors, performers and prize donors, including UK MAX, Mark Brown Country Rock, Simon Lewis, Louise Bateman, Anthony Thomas, Beavan Family Butchers, White Castle Vineyard, The Secret Garden, Hawkstone Brewery, Wye Valley Breweries, Cellar Drinks, and everyone who generously donated raffle prizes.
We were delighted to donate a Sunday lunch for two at The Hunters Moon as part of this year's raffle, and we hope the lucky winners enjoy it!
As you can see, it really does take a whole village to put on an event like this. Thank you to every volunteer, sponsor, business, donor and everyone who came along to support. We are incredibly lucky to be part of such a wonderful community and are already looking forward to next year! ❤️🍻
