We’re chuffed to be partnering with from Saturday the 21st of February until Saturday the 7th of March for Rarebit Fortnight. Chef’s across the country are coming together to celebrate an iconic dish and to help raise vital funds for the work that Cegin y Bobl are doing.

If you’re an OG, you’ll remember not all that long ago, Rarebit was a staple on our menu at Hwyl, and we’ll be bringing it back for this two week period. We’ll be serving traditional Rarebit made with Ale, on Sourdough from served with charred and braised leeks, poached eggs, chives and our house herb oil with a donation from every dish sold!

Happy Week In The Middle! Day check: it’s Monday. Is Hwyl open? Absolutely. Coffee. Food. Friendly faces to show off your favourite Christmas present to! 😆 This week looks a little different again, we’re open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 until 3, closed on Thursday and Friday, and then back open on Saturday for the first day of 2026!
