Conwy County Borough Council reported these blocked gullys & drains this morning!!
4.15pm and there getting worse.
Surely someone is available to unblock them, dangerous for pedestrians trying to cross & threat to businesses getting flooded.
Absolute disgrace… don’t we pay enough rates!!
