This Friday, 11 September, I’m taking the Nando’s-style piri-piri feast and giving it the full Tully’s treatment…

Whole chickens brined, seasoned and slowly smoked before being finished over fire and glazed in my flavour-packed medium piri sauce. 🌶️🔥

Not too hot—just loads of smoky piri flavour. Every feast comes with Tully’s Peri-naise and my house-made smoked hot sauce, so you can cool it down or seriously turn up the heat!

AN IMPORTANT UNIT 13 UPDATE 📢

First of all, Unit 13 will be open this week on Thursday and Friday night! 🔥

Also unfortunately due to recent staffing changes, I will no longer be able to operate with fixed weekly opening hours.

For the time being, I’m returning Unit 13 to more of a pop-up format and will open whenever I’m available around my private dining commitments. Some weeks that may be two days, some weeks three, and occasionally it may be less.

Private dining has always been my main line of work, and I’m incredibly fortunate to be fully booked for quite some time.

The positive side is that this gives me the freedom to offer a more flexible and regularly changing menu. I’ll still feature some of your favourites and daily specials, alongside new dishes created around the best ingredients available.

I’ll announce my opening days, times and menus through social media, so please check the page before travelling.

Thank you so much for your continued patience and support. This is simply a new chapter for Unit 13, and I hope you’ll join me whenever the doors are open.
