🎉 AUNTIE'S KITCHEN 🎉

Tomorrow night's menu is up!

(Apologies for the late post, Mother's Day was a bit busier than expected and took a bit longer to recover from 😅)

Going a bit more traditional this week with a couple small plates available as well as one of Auntie's favourite dishes - Phanh!

Lao for 'wraps', it's the perfect mix of crisp lettuce, fragrant herbs, sharp pickles, sauce and grilled meats (or crispy tofu for the veggies!)
Uncle calls these Laotian Lunchables, we definitely recommend the Aunties Table to share so you can mix & match and try a bit of everything 😁

👀 A sneak peek at a couple of the Valentine's Day dishes! 👀
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, Auntie + Uncle have been treating the team with a taste of some of the dishes we will be serving on the night!

•Market Fish with Sauce Vierge•
Today we've used Salmon Fillets but it all depends on what fish we pick up in the morning!
Served on a dressed Rocket salad with Sauce Vierge - a classic sauce made from cherry tomatoes, shallots, olives, olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs - and a side of pommes frites or thick cut chips

•Beef Tataki with Yuzu Truffle Soy•
Beef Fillet steak seasoned, seared then marinated in spring onions, soy and mirin for 2 hours.
Sliced and topped with crispy garlic, dressed shallots, coriander, yuzu (a Japanese citrus fruit similar to grapefruit/mandarin), soy sauce and finished with black truffle salt
We still have a few tables available around 5pm or from 8pm onwards!
