Prepped not processed 🔥 Our Chefs Marynes & Lorcan have been smashing out the prep today, spicing, chopping, dicing and slow cooking all the goodness ready to be served tonight.

The heavy prep required to serve fresh meals, cooked in house is the main reason we only open evenings in the week and from 12 weekends.

While chain restaurants serve packaged ‘food’ we batter every chicken, smash every burger and grill every taco to order with Chimis’ own slow cooked meats.

Hey everyone , Summer season is in full swing here at Chimis which means we are double busy , you can book but generally we will seat , water & feed everyone each evening because that’s what we do ! At peak times there can be a little wait but where better to wait with a cold one in hand ?

We love the buzz of a busy restaurant with the tunes on , making memories for our guests and friends but please in a world where you can be anyone don’t be a Mike and leave a 1 star review because the world doesn’t revolve around you and no being rude won’t get you a table cos you forgot your blouse, (No offence to regular Mikes) and if you have had a fab time at Chimis recently your reviews on Google or Trip advisor really do mean so much to us.
