With her fiery, funny personality and dedication, Francesca is a huge part of what makes the Bistro what it is.

Having been with us for over 3 years, she’s given so much to the business and her hard work, loyalty and commitment certainly haven’t gone unnoticed. Whether she’s keeping the team on their toes, making our customers laugh or simply getting stuck in wherever she’s needed, she always gives it her all.
