What is Livingston Eats? 🤔
Livingston Eats is a locally based, online food ordering app designed to save customers within the Livingston community money and support the local economy. Customers will have access to exclusive takeaways not available on any other apps and a huge range of discounts and savings when they order with us.

We also have a commitment to support local business and the community. This is how! 👇
1️⃣ Firstly, we ensure that takeaways are not robbed blind by extortionate commission fees charged by the national apps. We apply a ‘fair-trade’ policy for all our takeaway partners ensuring they keep more of the profits they truly deserve.
2️⃣ Secondly, we will be looking to support local sports clubs and other organisations in the Livingston area. These include Grassroots Football teams, local dance troops and other local recreational groups.
3️⃣ Finally, we’d like to hear what you have to say… It’s no secret that national apps have been robbing our town blind. With these London-based corporations charging up to 40% in commission! A brand new locally-based food ordering app exclusively for Livingston and the surrounding areas.

Many of you may be unaware that large national delivery companies such as Just Eat and Uber Eats charge takeaway owners a huge 16% - 38% commission fee for EVERY order placed through their apps.

At that level, many restaurants have no choice but to pass on that charge to you, their customers. Some choose to take the hit and absorb it themselves. Either way, a huge amount of money is being sucked out of our local economy. ☹️
