Last month, my husband Lee and I had our wedding reception at Healds Hall, and we honestly could not have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, the service from the entire Healds Hall team was outstanding, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our day so so special.
We cannot thank Matt, the wedding manager, enough for everything he did before, during and after our wedding day. His kindness, organisation and attention to detail made the whole planning process feel smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond in so many ways, from steaming my wedding dress the day before, to making sure I actually got to eat on the wedding day by bringing me canapés between photographs so I didn’t miss out!
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his support meant so much to us.
A huge thank you to Shirley, the event stylist, who brought our orange and sage theme to life beautifully. She completely understood the vision and created such a warm, elegant atmosphere that exceeded all our expectations.
We’re also so grateful to DJ Craig, who absolutely blew everyone away with the music. The dance floor was full all night and the atmosphere was amazing.
The food throughout the day was absolutely incredible and received so many compliments from our guests. One of the highlights of the evening was the amazing Caribbean buffet, which was such a special touch for incorporating our Jamaican side of the family into the celebration. It meant so much to us to be able to bring that part of our culture and heritage into our wedding day, and the food was full of flavour and beautifully prepared.
Thank you again to everyone at Healds Hall for helping create memories we will treasure forever. We would recommend this venue to any couple looking for not only a beautiful wedding venue, but a team of genuinely caring people who go above and beyond for their couples.
