Dear Roja Pinchos' fans
Today we announce that Roja Pinchos has closed its doors after 3 successful, fun years to make way for a new and exciting concept that is under new ownership.
We have had a blast and we want to thank you all.
We owe a massive thank you to all of our staff, past and present for all of the hard work they put in on every shift and for making Roja the fun, relaxed gem it became.
We of course must say a huge thank you to every customer that joined us for pinchos, wine, gin and a good day/night out. We've loved bringing our love of Spain to you and talking to you all each and every night.
A big thank you to all of our suppliers too that have worked with us for the past 3 years.
Liverpool has been amazing and the feedback we received has always been so genuine and lovely we can't thank you enough. When we started our journey to open a pinchos restaurant in China town we couldn't have imagined such an amazing response and its lovely to see Berry St as the very popular area it has become in those 3 years.
This isn't necessarily the end for Roja Pinchos but for us we are off for a bit of a recharge.
