On Sunday there will be a huge team of rowers on the canal raising awareness for National Organ Donation Week, and much needed funds for Alder Hey.

The rowers will be arriving back after their mammoth row at the Lock and Quay around 4pm, and then bands will be on inside the pub from 5:30pm 👌🏻👌🏻

It’s a great cause and they are lovely people. If anybody would like to donate, please do so using the QR code on the poster below, by using the link attached or alternatively head down to the pub and make a donation straight to the fundraising team on Sunday 🙏🙏

Quiz night tonight 🥳🥳

Followed by a FULL WEEKEND of Live Music 🎤🎸🎤

Five Dollar Shake take to the stage on Friday, brand new to The Lock and what a set list they have. Come down and join the fun 👌🏻👌🏻

Originals night is Saturday from 8pm, with Gdansk81 and kat_and_the_strays_band belting out their own material. Two extremely talented bands who are well worth coming down to check out. 👍🏻

Then Sunday sees a 5 hour charity canoe paddle on the canal in support of Alder Hey followed by more live music in the pub.

Our Original’s Nights are back with a bang this month and what a lineup we have!!!

Starting the show at 8pm we have the fabulous three piece band kat_and_the_strays_band

Headlining we have the mighty Gdansk81 with their take on Indie guitar pop!!

It’s so important that local musicians get the chance to showcase their incredible talent, and we’re sure they’d very much appreciate as much support as possible so hopefully catch some of you there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The tickets for our children’s Halloween Parties and children’s Christmas Parties are now live!! 🎃👻🎄🎅

Our amazing friends Halles Hub have joined forces with us for both sets of parties this year, and will be on hand with lots of craft fun as always!!

Each child ticket includes a free adult place, so if you need any extra adults please select the “free additional adult” ticket too. These are limited and are on a first come first served basis so please only get these if you need them.
