Hello, I am Kalam. I with the kind donations and prayers of my beautiful friends and family have provided much needed support for an orphanage in Sylhet.
2 years ago we smashed my target. I have made intentions for this to be an ongoing charity for me personally. I need your love and support to hopefully raise funds to speed up and fast track the progress.
The orphanage and Madrasa is in Lalabazar, in the district of Sylhet. They accommodate shelter and teach young orphans and provide a warm family environment to the best of their capabilities. There is no trust committee or funding other than the kind donations made by the generous people.
Currently there is 55 orphan children. They normally have one meal a day, but often due to limited funds the children may not have any food and make intention to keep fast.
They are beautiful humans and are grateful for everything.
I spent some time with the children. We prayed for one another and the human race and later we eat together. The experience will live long with me.
I am surrounded by beautiful, kind and loving people. I am very fortunate. Which brings me to this fundraiser. I know the orphanage is close to completing work on the expansion to accommodate more orphans/children and kindly request any amount of donation from my family and friends to help the children and also help the establishment to be in a position to accept more children in need.
Can I kindly request your help to complete unfinished work at the Orphanage.
