It’s so hot tomorrow that even our iced coffees are melting. 🫠

As much as we’d love to keep serving iced coffees all day, the comfort and wellbeing of our team has to come first.

We’ll be closing early at 12pm Thursday to avoid the hottest part of the day and give our staff a chance to escape the heat.

Get your coffee fix early, grab an iced latte (or two), and we’ll be back to normal service from Friday morning.

When he’s not behind the bar making sure everything runs smoothly, he’s probably listening to Kendrick Lamar, talking about a game you’ve never heard of, or showing off that he can do the worm (ask him to show you, we’ve only just found out ourselves).

Listen, I love a toasted sandwich just as much as the next guy but when the sun’s cracking the flags there’s only one thing for it - our HARPA sandwich. Named after the iconic music hall in Reykjavik, it’s made up of halloumi, harissa aioli, pesto, avocado + rocket served on soft Plattsville sourdough and it’ll hit the spot.

RUN (to One Percent) FORREST, RUN! 🏃‍♂️

We're so proud to be part of our local community + love to reciprocate the support we receive. Woolton Picture House, a pillar of the local community, sadly didn't reopen after Covid. Thankfully there is a fundraising campaign underway to purchase the cinema to become a CIC and get the doors back open for good. As part of the campaign the cinema has been showing classic films to which local businesses have been sponsoring them.

We are happy to say we are sponsoring their showing of Forrest Gump on Thursday 2nd April at 2pm (yes we are running with the loose One Percent Forrest Gump link) and there's still tickets available to the showing.

Show us your Forrest Gump ticket and receive 20% off your drinks bill over the whole Easter weekend (Thu-Sun), we'll be open all day and night giving you an extra chance for your OPF fix without work the next day.

If you would like to support the cinema but can't make next Thursday, there are lots of other amazing films with tickets still available and other ways to donate online such as sponsoring a chair in honour of a loved one.Even just sharing on socials and spreading the word is so very helpful + much appreciated.
