RUN (to One Percent) FORREST, RUN! 🏃‍♂️

We're so proud to be part of our local community + love to reciprocate the support we receive. Woolton Picture House, a pillar of the local community, sadly didn't reopen after Covid. Thankfully there is a fundraising campaign underway to purchase the cinema to become a CIC and get the doors back open for good. As part of the campaign the cinema has been showing classic films to which local businesses have been sponsoring them.

We are happy to say we are sponsoring their showing of Forrest Gump on Thursday 2nd April at 2pm (yes we are running with the loose One Percent Forrest Gump link) and there's still tickets available to the showing.

Show us your Forrest Gump ticket and receive 20% off your drinks bill over the whole Easter weekend (Thu-Sun), we'll be open all day and night giving you an extra chance for your OPF fix without work the next day.

If you would like to support the cinema but can't make next Thursday, there are lots of other amazing films with tickets still available and other ways to donate online such as sponsoring a chair in honour of a loved one.Even just sharing on socials and spreading the word is so very helpful + much appreciated.

One of the perks of working with sensational suppliers is the depth of knowledge, support + assistance they offer. Yesterday we took some of our team up to in Marsden, Yorkshire for a day of training with company trainer Tom. Our commitment to serving excellent coffee is a non-stop journey and we try to be a better version of ourselves everyday. 🌿

CHEAP PINTS ARE BACK 🍺

Well, kind of. We’ve got plenty of beer leftover from our amazing Pints + Pie takeover last night and we’ve decided to stick it on the menu over the weekend. What’s even better is every pint will be £4.50 all day, all weekend. If you can drink us dry by Sunday night we might consider making it a permanent addition. 🍻

This Thursday we’ll be joined by Woolton’s very own Irrational Blackbird as he takes over the OPF kitchen bringing his range of artisanal pies and his infamous sausage rolls.

We’ll be pulling pints + pouring prosecco at HAPPY HOUR prices all night long. Absolutely no tickets required for this one, just DM us to book before all spaces are filled up! 🍺

We’ve been pretty quiet on here the last few weeks but I assure you we’ve been non stop churning out flat whites, Reuben sandwiches + spritz’s since the new year. It can be tough running a business 365 days a year and remembering to post exciting content all the time. So here it is. A huge thank you to everyone who came down and supported us this morning and to our amazing helpers of Emily, Lucy, Sophie, Brennan and Jemma who we couldn't have possibly done without. The turnout was unbelievable, as was the patience waiting for your Christmas coffees. This was our second year of doing this and hopefully we can continue this new tradition for years to come.

We're so happy & proud to say that we have raised £2065.40 so far for charity in memory of our friend Jordan.
