LEMON TO A KNIFE FIGHT ☕️🍋
Figment Coffee X The Wombats

Figment Coffee founder Neil Glover has been a fan of The Wombats for years, with Lemon to a Knife Fight soundtracking the early days of the Figment roastery. Fast forward to 2025, The Wombats were playing Aberdeen Music Hall and, by chance, had speciality coffee on their rider!

Neil saw his chance. He sent the band some Figment coffee and a little note suggesting they make a coffee inspired by the song!

They said yes 👀

After months of sourcing, sample roasting and a very serious blind tasting with the band, they landed on Lemon to a Knife Fight, a bright, citrusy coffee with proper lemon notes, balanced acidity and a delicate floral, tea-like layer!

And now, we’re serving it here!!

We’ve had the absolute best time at Baltic Market over the last 9 years. From our famous Halloumi Shawarmas to our overnight-marinated lamb leg spits, it’s been an incredible journey, and it’s been amazing to watch the venue grow!

A huge thank you to everyone, past and present, who has supported us and been part of the journey. We couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
