DID YOU KNOW that we don’t use just commercial dry pasta but all our pasta is freshly made weekly by Italians in a little pasta lab in Southport by the people behind ? That’s why is soooo good and light!
Here for you our two most popular PASTA:
- Rigatoni Carbonara (guanciale, egg yolks, pecorino Romano)
- Mafaldine Bolognese (homemade beef & pork Bol sauce)
Currently we offer only 4 sauces: tomato, pesto, carbonara, bolognese.
