To Our Wonderful Community ❤️
Many of you have now heard the news that the planning application for the redevelopment of 70–72 Rose Lane has been approved. This means that, in the coming years, Gustum and Bella Cucina will eventually make way for a new development.
Of course, this news is emotional for all of us. These restaurants are much more than buildings—they are places where friendships have grown, families have celebrated, and countless memories have been made.
But if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that this community is incredibly strong.
Together, we got through COVID. Together, we’ll get through this too.
The good news is that we are still here, and we will be for the next three years. Our doors remain open, our grills are hot, and we’re looking forward to creating many more wonderful memories with you.
During this time, we will also be searching for a new home nearby so we can continue serving the community we love. If you know of a suitable location or can help in any way, we’d truly appreciate your support.
We want to thank every single one of you for standing by us over the years. Your loyalty, encouragement and friendship have meant everything. To us, you’re not just customers—you are our neighbours, our friends, and part of our family.
So this isn’t goodbye.
It’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
For the next three years, let’s continue sharing great food, laughter and unforgettable moments together. And wherever our next home may be, we’ll be there to welcome you with the same warm hospitality and delicious food you’ve always known.
