Stoke recently played host to an incredible butchery masterclass and four-course feast for some of the UK’s best steakhouse chefs and hospitality pros by Meat & Livestock Australia 🥩

This was in partnership with Hugh Baird College and brought together our very own Executive Chef Christina Konstantopolou with Brayden Davies and Emily Milne, along with the amazing students from the college.

The students stepped into both front and back-of-house roles to gain hands-on experience working with some of the finest Australian beef and lamb cuts.

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of an event designed to nurture emerging talent and provide young people with industry exposure. That’s how we create the next generation of inspired chefs.
