SATURDAY 23RD — returns to Bolina for a night of BIG vinyl, Italo disco and Balearic sounds.

Keep your plans free for this one, the atmosphere is always unreal!

We’re usually full by 7PM, so get down early, have a spritz or 10 and stay a while 🕺🏻

Another Bank Holiday at Il Capitanos, and it’s set to be a good’un

We’re open all weekend for coffee, focaccia, pizzas, alpetti and plenty of spritz!

Saturday | We have our charity RUN + RAVE with .up.running and 
A 5K run, coffee and vinyl DJs, all to raise money for an incredible cause.
9AM – 12PM

Sunday | Our resident will be playing records in the restaurant while you eat.
4PM – 8PM.

Monday | 
Caps Coffee 8AM – 3PM
Restaurant 12PM – 10PM

Bookings advised all weekend.

All proceeds from Saturday’s event will go to the Honey Suckle Fund at Liverpool Women’s Hospital , an incredible cause that provides support for families who have experienced pregnancy loss at any stage of gestation.

Our First Run + Rave

Join us this Bank Holiday for something a little different.

We’re kicking things off with a 5K run, followed by coffee and a post-run rave in the restaurant.

A vinyl DJ will be spinning the best in disco, house and funk. The perfect feel good morning to connect, move and feel alive!

Whether you’re running, raving, or just coming for the coffee, it’s set to be a great one!!

All proceeds will be donated to the Honey Suckle Fund at

First coffee is free 💚

This one means a lot to us, as our good friend Rob Stones is currently taking on an incredible challenge - running 84 marathons in 84 days to raise money for this amazing cause.
