We did our first ever focaccia catering on Saturday, and it was such a lovely moment for us.

We’ve been thinking about offering catering for a while, but something else always seemed to come first, so it kept getting put on the back burner. But when the gorgeous Johnsons - regulars at both Caps Coffee and Il Capitano's asked us, we couldn’t say no.

The guests were absolutely made up, and so were we. Being a part of their special day was just beautiful and it's given us the confidence to realise we can do it again and again!

VODKA CHICKEN PARM

This is a messy one!!

Butterflied panko chicken breast, topped with our house vodka tomato sauce and fior di latte, then baked until golden and bubbling. Finished with basil aioli, fresh basil, rocket and our house pesto.

We seriously recommend getting your bum down here to try this one!
