Hi all,

Tomorrow is our last day. I know not seeing us all the time is going to be hard, but Liz and I will both be in from around lunchtime tomorrow to be festooned with adoration. Feel free to come and prostrate yourselves at our feet.

If your kid has latched on to a particular toy, feel free to take it with you. If you've ever left anything behind, we'll get all the lost property out and try to find its owners. If you love our crockery and that, we'll be happy to sell you some :D

Liz and I are likely to not bother going home, so if you want to come down and have a drink with us and the staff to toast the place, then please do - we have alcohol left over from our evening events that needs to get gone. Maybe don't bring the kids for the debauchery though!

We're going to miss y'all so much, it would be lovely to get to see you one more time.

Bongiorno mon petite Peacocks. Yeah, that's right, I mix languages. Wir sind sehr pan-European over here.

Anyway, it's my last official working day in the shop today, so I figured I'd give you all a heads up so you can get your tears out of the way, and so you've got time to go buy that extravagant gift you've had your eye on to demonstrate your endless love for me. I also accept cash and credit cards.

I'll be keeping the gaff open till 5 tonight so even more people can come and shower me with affection, unless there's no one here, in which case I'll go home so that my 2 year old can tell me he doesn't like me because I'm not mummy. Because it's always nice to be brought back down to earth x

Hello!

As it's our last week, and we know a lot of our little chicks will have moved on to school and won't see us as much anymore, I've decided that we should give them a chance to come visit one last time.

So this Wednesday and Friday we'll be open a little longer - till 5 for sure on Wednesday, and probably the same on Friday, but that could change as Liz and I will be here anyway and might be too emotional to want to leave 😂

Kitchen will be closed, unfortunately, but there will still be cakes and coffee and that, so come say hello and goodbye x
