S’mores triple layer chocolate Cake!!🍫🍰🥛

You were all so desperate to see in the inside of our 25th birthday cake so here it is!! A s’mores 3 layer cake made up of rich chocolate sponge, biscuit layers, marshmallow buttercream and chocolate fudge ganache icing!!🤤

It is not advised to use Baby breath flowers on cakes due to safety concerns however each stem touching the cake has been wrapped in clingfilm so the cake did not have direct contact with the flower and were removed prior to cutting the cake. This cake was made for our birthday so we were aware of this concern and would never put anyone’s health at risk 😊

A very special 25th birthday cake🤍💐

Snicker Cupcakes🧁🍫🥜

Chocolate sponge with a caramel centre, peanut butter buttercream dipped in chocolate and topped with a snicker and drizzled with caramel! Our kind of cupcake!!😋

August is a busy month for us with various holidays & our birthday so unable to bake us much but don’t worry we’re still here baking! 😊

S’more brownie & Tunnocks teacake stuffed cookies🍪🍫

Vanilla triple chocolate chunk cookies stuffed with a tunnocks tea cake, Nutella, and the base of the cookie being a dark chocolate digestive! If that’s not enough it’s then topped with our best fudgy brownie, Nutella, marshmallows and mcvities digestive balls! 🤯🤩

This served warm is heaven if you are a s’mores lover!!❤️‍🔥

Biscoff & Oreo loaded Brownie❤️‍🔥

This beast is a triple chocolate chunk fudge brownie loaded with Biscoff and Oreo biscuits hidden by a generous amount of Biscoff and white chocolate spread and topped with a solid milk chocolate layer with Biscoff crumbs🍪🍫

You can never go wrong with Biscoff and Oreo so why not combine the two!😋

12 chocolate & vanilla cupcakes to celebrate an 18th birthday🎈

6 chocolate & 6 vanilla sponge cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and fondant icing toppers in a specific colour scheme sent to us by the customer💙

also on another note, these were made completely fresh on Friday, yes with a kitchen temp over 31degrees and trying to pipe buttercream, let’s just say I needed the weekend to recover… I’m thinking of all the fellow bakers who is not blessed with this weather and buttercream🤣🥵☀️ -

Giant deep dish cookie cake🎂🍪

This is a 9inch triple chocolate chunk, deep dish vanilla cookie cake with vanilla buttercream!

Yesterday Bognor Regis Nursery School celebrated 80 years of being open & has taught many generations over the years. The buttercream is in the colours of their logo was made to celebrate the wonderful staff there🧁🍫🎒👩🏼‍🏫

Cadbury Caramel & Nutella cookie sandwiches🍪🍫

A thic caramel centre and ring of Nutella & dark chocolate ganache sandwiched between two triple chocolate chunk cookies, Cadbury caramel nibbles throughout the centre and the cookies and topped with Nutella spread and a Cadbury caramel bar. 😍

These were huge! Bigger than the size of my hand!!😅
