This Pizza is a collaboration between myself and the Ginger Tosser.  I smoked the beef ox cheeks. I provided the cowboy candy. The Ginger Tosser did everything else. The idea, The creation, making the flavours Work adding those pickled onions and the ranch sauce, that was all , and that man knows how to make a pizza.

Back at Storrington this evening. The platters are a hit here, but I’m still locked into the smash burger loaded wedges (but now I add some cowboy candy to the mix). If I didn’t have a photo of it people wouldn’t believe it.

It’s a bit like that song by Coolio it’s too hot, and inside this horse trailer, which he didn’t sing about, it’s far too hot. Don’t risk the heat. Don’t cook. I’ve already cooked. Come and get dinner. Find me in Storrington.

It really is a hot day like it or hate it Check on the people around you and make sure they’re coping. Stay hydrated and keep those puppies in the house. Also cooking in your kitchen or barbecuing in your garden will be very hot. Just leave it to me pop along to Storrington. I’ll take care of dinner so you don’t have to. 17:00 > 20:00.
