We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to join our team here at The Beach!

With our delicious carvery, traditional pub classics and a fantastic lakeside location, we’re looking for someone who can bring great food, strong leadership and plenty of passion to our kitchen.

👨‍🍳 What we’re looking for:
✅ Someone who can lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team.
✅ A passion for great food and consistently high standards.
✅ Confidence managing stock, ordering, food costs and wastage.
✅ Excellent food hygiene and health & safety knowledge.
✅ Someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and leads from the front.
✅ A team player who wants to help drive our business forward.
