BIG PLANS. A GROWING TEAM. AND A VERY FAMILIAR FACE IS COMING BACK… ❤️
There’s a lot happening at Croft Park at the moment. We’re investing, developing new ideas and building an even stronger team for what comes next.
And we’re absolutely delighted to announce that Owen is coming back to Croft Park — this time as a full-time member of the team.
Owen was the first person we ever employed at the café outside our immediate family, joining us for a Saturday job while he was still at school.
Our history goes back even further. Paul first knew Owen as one of his music pupils more than ten years ago. His talent soon earned him a place in the band — and before long, a Saturday job at Croft Park followed.
Since then, Owen has completed a highly regarded engineering apprenticeship, qualified as an electrical engineer and built several years of professional experience.
Now he’s bringing those skills and experience back to Croft Park as we continue to develop the business. You’ll certainly be seeing plenty of him back in the café too.
And somewhere along the way, he also became Lucy’s boyfriend… so his connections to Croft Park have certainly multiplied over the years! 😂
Many of you will remember Owen from his original café days; others will know him from the band and our live music nights. We know there’ll be plenty of familiar faces very pleased to see him back.
We’re incredibly proud of everything he’s achieved since that first Saturday job, and genuinely excited that he’s chosen Croft Park for his next chapter.
