🎉 Celebrating 10 Years at The Castle Inn, Little Wakering 🎉
This month marks a very special milestone as Ken celebrates 10 years of running The Castle Inn.
Over the past decade, Ken, alongside his wife June and son Michael, has worked tirelessly to keep this historic family-run pub thriving. It hasn’t always been easy. From the challenges of COVID and lockdowns to soaring energy costs, rising taxes, increasing supplier prices and countless price rises from both the Government and the brewery, the hospitality industry has faced some of its toughest times in living memory.
Despite all of these challenges, Ken and his family have remained committed to keeping The Castle Inn at the heart of the local community, providing a warm welcome, good company, and a place where friends, families and neighbours can come together.
A huge thank you must also go to all of the staff, past and present, whose hard work, loyalty and dedication have helped make The Castle Inn what it is today. Your efforts behind the scenes and front of house are greatly appreciated.
We would also like to thank all of our customers, old and new, for your continued support over the years. Without you, none of this would be possible. Whether you’ve been visiting for decades or have only recently discovered us, you are all part of The Castle Inn family.
The Castle Inn has proudly held a licence to serve the public since 1620, making it a part of Little Wakering’s history for over 400 years. We are honoured to play a small part in that incredible story and remain committed to preserving this wonderful tradition for future generations to enjoy.
