The organisers of the Wakering Villages & Barling Charity Car & Bike Show 2026 are looking for local businesses to sponsor this year’s event — (does not need to be car-related to get involved!)

For just £20, your business will receive an advert in the official show programme, which will be distributed in local shops and handed out to visitors on the day of the event.

It’s a great opportunity to promote your business while supporting a wonderful cause, with all proceeds going to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

🍲 Our homemade soups throughout the summer at the castle inn 🍲

At The Castle Inn, we’re proud to support local businesses and use fresh local produce wherever possible. That’s why the homemade soups are made with mostly locally sourced ingredients, many from within walking distance of the pub!

Just a couple of our delicious soups that will be available throughout the Summer/Autum are:

Plus loads more to come
