We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible member of staff to join our team at our coastal pub as a 'Casual Front of House' member.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy atmosphere, can adapt to different shifts and responsibilities and is able to pick up shifts for staff absence etc
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Taking drinks orders and serving at the bar
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Waiting on tables
- Barista Coffees
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and staff absence
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential for this role
- Barista trained preferred
