Has anyone else had a negative experience with Butlins?

Don’t get me wrong we have well and truly enjoyed our time but since we got here our door lock hasn’t worked meaning we have had to leave the door unlocked or go through the window, we have had 5 sets of key cards and multiple visits from maintenance and it remains unresolved :/
Although this doesn’t feel big it has consumed portions of our day every day with phone calls and visits to security.

Just a reminder to you all that we are closed from the 10th to the 16th as we are away with our own littles!
We do understand timing is not ideal but we booked this holiday whilst I was still at a school and Little Lattes wasn’t in our future at that point… how things have changed for us ❤️🐿️
Moo music will be on on the 17th and we will be hoping you again on the 18th :)
