☕ WE’RE HIRING — PART-TIME SUPERVISOR ☕

Froth Coffee Lounge, Lisburn is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who has previous hospitality and barista experience and is confident working in a fast-paced, busy café environment.

The role:
• 16 hours per week
• Tuesday–Saturday, between 9am–5pm
• Flexible availability across these days is essential
• Supervisory responsibility within the café
• Barista and customer service duties
• Helping to keep the café running smoothly during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who:
☕ Has previous hospitality & barista experience
⚡ Can work confidently at a fast pace in a busy environment
👥 Is comfortable taking responsibility and supervising a team
😊 Has excellent customer service skills
🧼 Is organised, reliable and takes pride in keeping the café running smoothly
📅 Has good flexibility for shifts Tuesday–Saturday
💪 Is a positive, hardworking team player

This would suit someone who enjoys a busy café environment, is confident taking the lead and wants to be part of a small, friendly team.

Experience is essential for this role.

⏰ 16 hours per week | Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm
