It appears its gonna be hot 🥵 next week. Some might even say scorchio! So how about a chilled Tuscan style knife cut tartare, dressed with excellent extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. La Genovese, not to be confused with alla Genovese, is an old school Neapolitan slow cooked white ragout with onions and beef. A lot of onions. Alla Genovese usually refers to a basil pesto pasta and comes from Genova. La Genovese doesn't have any basil. Confused? Make your way over, and I can unconfuse you. On special this week, just in time for fathers day. 🤤

Found some tasty peaches. Roasted them. Made a salad with rocket, burrata, the roasted peaches, some very good parma ham and roasted hazelnuts. Dressed it with hot honey. Now enjoying a refreshing Menabrea in the sun. You can enjoy all of this without the work.
