My Sunday lunch on Saturday is Rome's 5th and perhaps lesser known pasta. Vaccinara, is a classic oxtail stew, turned to a ragout beautifully complementing a rick and silky tagliatella. My lunch can also be your lunch. All you have to do is book a table for tomorrow.

Ever the optimist, I thought this rather dreary day would be great to create a cocktail with our new gin produced at our winery in Tuscany. Did I not mention we now make a cracking rosemary and vine leaf infused Tuscan Gin? Well, we do and it works wonders in our new Mediterranean vibes basil smash type sour. Meet Basilio, sensationally refreshing on hot sunny days, mood lifting on typical british weather days. Definetly only available at Guido's.

My sunday lunch today, a revisitation of classic bangers and mash in key of G. Buttery polenta bed gently nestling a calabrian Luganega sausage, and wilted spinach, shallot and chianti jus. Remember that my sunday lunch can also be your sunday lunch. All you have to do is book, we'll do the cook.

Our Easter sunday lunch menu is taking shape. For the first time ever, we will be offering a proper Italian sunday meal designed for 2 people, because sharing is caring. All the Italian easter symbols present, the egg for the rebirth, the lamb because you can't cook the easter bunny, or we would not have the chocolate for the cremeux. Pre ordering when you make your booking essential. This is a once a year opportunity to have something other than pizza or pasta at Guido's . Easter, the Italian way.
