Our NEW brunch menu launches on Saturday 10th October, served 10am–1pm.

Go all in with The Mighty Hare, Rise & Steak with our steak and egg ciabatta, or stack up the pancakes. There’s plenty for veggie appetites and little Hares too! 🥞

Great food, unlimited filter coffee, a cheeky Mimosa and someone else doing the washing up. That’s Saturday sorted. ☕🙌

Sunday roast season is officially here 🍂

and her family joined us for a Sunday roast after a countryside walk that finished right opposite the pub.

Last weekend we were turning people away days in advance, so if you’re thinking about joining us this Sunday, this is your reminder to get that table booked now.

What’s on the menu? 🍽️
→ Roast beef, served medium rare
→ Roast chicken supreme
→ Roast pork belly with crackling
→ Trio of beef, chicken & pork
→ Winter vegetable Wellington with vegetable gravy

All roasts are served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and chef’s homemade gravy. You can add extra roasties, Yorkshires, gravy or cauliflower cheese too.

Bring the family, bring your friends or get a bigger group together. We can accommodate larger tables too, but you’ll definitely need to book ahead.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, plus children’s roasts. And don’t forget pudding. Our desserts are gluten-free too.

The wait is finally over… our amazing Sunday roasts return this weekend on Sunday 20th September! 🙌

🎲 CHARITY GAMES NIGHT 🎲

Join us at The Hare on Wednesday 9th September at 8pm for a brilliant evening of quizzes, games, prizes, a raffle and more—all in support of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Kristy Collingbourne is running the London marathon in support of this great charity so come and support her and have a fun night at the same time!

🎟 Tickets are £10, with all proceeds going to charity. Hurry there aren’t that many left!

🏆 There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including £50 for the winning team!

Doors open at 12pm, with a full day of family entertainment, food, drink and live music.

Children’s entertainment and face painting are included in your Saturday ticket, with kids’ lunches available for £6.

Bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs if you like. Seating can’t be guaranteed and there is no parking at the pub.

And if you fancy something more chilled on Sunday, we’re open 12–6pm with Peter the Piano Man, an open mic stage from 2–4pm and Set Two ending the weekend. Sunday is free to attend.
