If you're looking for a little slice of vintage heaven then look no further...! All of our teas are served in large teapots and are all loose leaf served in our lovingly restored vintage crockery. Or why not enjoy a cup of our fabulously addictive coffee. You can also enjoy an afternoon tea complete with sandwiches, scones, jam, cream and butter and two choices of traybake or how about a cream tea

all served on our lovely cake stands. We also have a cabinet just groaning with many different cakes, cup cakes, traybakes and not forgetting our organic scones which are all freshly baked on the premises each morning. there really is something for everyone from breakfast to lunch to afternoon tea!

We only have a very limited number of kids tickets left at £5. They will soon be rising to £20 so if you're thinking of bringing the kids, get your skates on!
We've lined up LOADS of activities for children this year including rides, inflatables, face painting, a climbing wall, a science lab with lots of experiments, story telling, arts and crafts and lots more. Birds eye view of today's scones: Fruit, Plain, Rose and White Chocolate, Lemon and Blueberry and Treacle. We also have vegan Apple and vegan banana loaf. Carrot cake, lemon and blueberry. Friands raspberry tarts, gluten free goodies, chocolate tarts plus tons of other baked goodies!!!

Specials today are: homemade mackerel pate, steak sandwich, homemade fishcake with poached egg, Thai chicken salad. See you soon!

It is with a very heavy heart that I announce we will be closing our Vintage Tearoom. Our last day of trading there will be Easter Monday the 17 April.

Our five year lease (has it really been five years!) ends this month and after much deliberation we have decided not to renew it. At the moment small businesses are being faced with many new taxes and burdens, business rates being the latest. We feel continuing to operate two shops on the High Street in light of all of this makes more sense for us to now concentrate solely on our new shop with the bigger seating capacity etc.

This move will also free us to concentrate more on the outside catering arm of the business and to introduce new menus and ideas which we've had in the pipeline for a while.

We have absolutely loved our vintage tearoom and will be sad to leave but feel this is the right move for us and our business.

We hope that our lovely customers who love our vintage shop will still visit us in our new shop.

In the next few weeks we will be giving our new shop another make over. Introducing a new ice cream and milk shake menu, lots of new and exciting additions to our cake cabinet and introducing lots of fab new menu ideas, where we will cater more for vegans, gluten free etc. We will of course continue to use our fabulous coffee and teas!

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported us since our arrival in this beautiful town way back in 2012. We have had the best five years in vintage and have had such amazing customers throughout this time. It might be the end of an era at vintage but we're excited and looking forward to continuing the Brodies journey at 145 High Street. We look forward to seeing you there.
