We wanted to take a moment to speak honestly and sincerely with everyone who has supported Lingfield Fish & Chips over the years.
We know that, at times, we have let some of you down. We understand that the quality and standards you expected from us were not always met, and we know that this has upset and disappointed many of our loyal customers. For that, we are genuinely sorry.
We have listened to your feedback, taken it seriously, and made significant changes to improve both the quality of our food and the standards we deliver. We have worked hard to enhance our ingredients, preparation, cooking and overall service because we know that our customers deserve nothing less.
We also understand that words alone are not enough. We want to earn back your trust through the food we serve and the experience we provide every day.
To those who have continued to support us thank you. And to those who may have stopped ordering from us because of past experiences, we truly hope you will give us another chance.
