I feel so lucky to be asked to make this special girl's birthday cake every year. She always chooses something creative and fun for me to make! This year was no exception, and I produced my first ever 3D Axolotl. What fun it was to make!

The cake itself was toffee flavour with creamy caramel buttercream.

Happy Birthday, Alexandra!

I haven't had a Friends-themed cake requested for quite a while, and it was great fun to make this one. I especially loved making the famous Thanksgiving turkey!

A fun and delicious gravity-defying cake this week! The birthday girl loves Crunchie Rocks, so this cake was made with that in mind.

Rich chocolate cake filled and finished with Crunchie flavoured buttercream and topped with Crunchie Rocks. Yum! 😋

Rustic is definitely the trend of late!

This enormous lemon and blueberry cake was filled with homemade blueberry compote and lemon curd, and iced with a fresh cream and mascarpone icing. A delicious, light and refreshing combination!

Sometimes simple and rustic with a touch of elegance is all it takes.

This elegant, rustic ombre pink buttercream cake was recently delivered to help a happy couple celebrate their special day.

The top tier was champagne and strawberry flavour, the middle was Cherry Bakewell and the bottom was Lemon Poppyseed. All three tiers were finished in a classic vanilla buttercream. Such fun to make and very well received!
