We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended Sharon’s funeral today. We were truly overwhelmed by the number of people who came to pay their respects and celebrate her life. Your presence, kind words, and support meant so much to us.

We are also incredibly grateful for your generous donations to St Barnabas Hospice, a cause very close to our hearts.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Sharon Whetton, the beloved co-founder of Madame Waffle. Sharon peacefully passed away this morning, surrounded by her loved ones, after a long and courageous battle with a brain tumour.

Sharon was more than a co-founder — she was the heart and soul of Madame Waffle. Her warmth, creativity, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of everyone she met. She brought joy not only through her incredible waffles but through her kindness, generosity, and passion for bringing people together.

She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Our thoughts and love are with Sharon’s family, friends, and the entire Madame Waffle community during this difficult time.
