Due to the projected high temperatures between 3 and 5 today, we have taken the decision to close Grayz tearoom at 3.00. This decision has been taken to try and protect the staff from working the the major heat of the day. Thank you for your consideration in this matter and please stay safe in the heat.

Unfortunately we are still waiting for our equipment to get fixed but our electrical issue is now fixed. So regrettably we are having to remain closed until further notice for food but may open for scones, cakes and pastries.

Polite notice to all our patrons.
Unfortunately due to electrical issues beyond our control we will be closed tomorrow 21st and possibly Wednesday 22nd. We will keep you updated on the issue and endeavor to open sooner if we are able to.

Unfortunately we're closed again today as there is a maintenance issue that would affect customer service and satisfaction. Waiting for an engineer, so we may be able to open later in the day.

Unfortunately we're closed today, this wasn't the plan but since my stroke I have some very rare days where my energy levels dips and I feel I wouldn't be able to give my customers the level of service they deserve.
Please accept my apologies and I hope to be back to my normal self soon.

Unfortunately we will be closed tomorrow, Sunday 14th June. Please accept my heart felt apologies for closing but since my stroke I find my stamina isn't what it used to be and I need time to recover.
We will be back as normal on Monday and hopefully this is the last time unexpectedly closing.

To all our patrons past, present and future. Unfortunately we will be closing at 2.30 on the 2nd June. Hopefully this should be the last time we have to cut our opening times short as I am back after a brief hiatus after my stroke and tomorrow is just hopefully a one off.
