This Saturday I’ll be joining for their wedding open day! You may have seen me there before at their markets and also catering for some of their pottery days! It’s such a gorgeous venue for an intimate wedding 💒 I hope to see some of you there….i will be bringing nibbles of course 💕

RECIPE - Healthy Banana & Chocolate Chunk Cookies (a great recipe to make with kids)!

3 over ripe bananas
40g runny honey
1 tsp ginger or cinnamon
1 egg
150g oats
100g dark chocolate, chopped
2 handfuls chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 175C fan and line a baking tray. Mash the bananas and stir in all the other ingredients. Place teaspoons of the mixture into the tray and bake for 12-15minutes until golden and set. Leave to cool and store in an airtight jar.

Last nights dinner - Mushroom Bourguignon, page 155 out of my cookbook! The perfect winter warmer ❄️ I added some courgette as well as dried mushrooms as they needed using up. The best thing is there’s enough for tonight as well 👏👌 Give it a try!

RECIPE - Spicy Sweet Potato Soup…if there was ever a time for soup this is it! Swap in any veg you like and whip up this soup in less than 30 mins. This serves 6 so eat it over a few days or pop some in the freezer 👌 enjoy! X

2025 has been a wonderful year for us! Lots of lovely holidays, work keeping me super busy, my first cookbook coming out & finally the news that we were pregnant 🥹 I have a feeling that 2026 may be even better!
