Ten years ago, we started something that's since gone worldwide.

In 2016, Strait & Narrow became the first venue anywhere to introduce Ask For Angela - a simple phrase that gives anyone a quiet, safe way to ask for help if they feel unsafe or unsure on a night out. A decade on, that same phrase has been used in real moments, on real nights, by real people who needed it.

This week the BBC's The One Show came back to sit down with us and talk through where it started, the difference it's made, and why we've never stopped asking for Angela.

A little side note we’re bursting to share… our Old Fashioned bottled cocktail has just been awarded a 1-star Great Taste Award!

For those who don’t know, Great Taste is basically the Oscars of food and drink, judged blind by hundreds of experts across the industry. So this one means a lot.
