Meet the one that’s about to ruin your “usual order” forever.

Layers of bold Milano salami,
slow-confited cherry tomatoes in rich olive oil (yes, we took our time),
perfectly flambéed mozzarella melting like it means it,
crispy fresh lettuce for that bite,
all hugged inside our signature focaccia.

This isn’t just a sandwich.
This is a statement.

What a night with the Grid Club crew! 🏃‍♂️🔥

Last Wednesday we hosted an incredible 5K run as part of the preparation for the Lincoln 10K – and the energy was just unreal. From start to finish, it was all about community, pushing limits and enjoying the journey together.

Seeing so many of you show up, run hard and then refuel at Nonna Juana means everything to us. This is exactly what we love to be part of.
